Is feminism a factor in causing family failures? truth or lie

Posted in family, men, Personal, Politics, Sexism, Society, Spouses, women, Work tagged , , , , at 12:13 pm by keithwilbur

Divorce rates are over 50% . Kids are running a muck shooting each other. There are fewer and fewer fathers living at home. Men are not men now, they are ‘guys’ or ‘boys’ or ‘friends’. Women are no longer women, they are ‘gyrls’ or ‘hotties’. Fewer adults stick around the house to teach the next generation how to live. Do you believe feminism has played a role in creating this cultural phenomena and if you think so, then how and in what ways do you believe it contributed?

When Authority figures are liars – the most respected man in America

Posted in America, Comedy, Humor, Jon Stewart, lie of the day, Politicians, Politics, satire, Society, subconscious mind, trust tagged , , , , , , , , at 10:16 am by jimwilbur

In High School, if there was a teacher that no one had respect for then everyone would love the kid at the back of the class who threw spit-balls at that teacher when the teacher was not looking.

It is interesting that the most respected man in America seems to be a comedian – Jon Stewart.

As Jon Stewart has said himself, he is like that kid who throws spit-balls at some politicians.

Is he popular because the American people have no respect for some of the current gang of politicians who are running our country – and especially those politicians that Jon is throwing spit-balls at?

That must be a lie, right?

DNA tests clear men convicted of crimes

Posted in Crime and Punishment, Discrimination, DNA, Injustice, Justice, Politics, Society tagged , , , , , at 4:31 pm by jimwilbur

Whether intentional or unintentional, these five black males had their lives ruined. DNA evidence has cleared them in the eyes of the state and they have been released by the state after the state ruined their lives.

What lies were told, what deceptions were committed, to convince a jury of their supposed peers to ruin their lives?

  • CLEARED:  Marvin Anderson: Convicted of rape and other crimes in 1982 and sentenced to 210 years in prison in Virginia. He served 15 years.

  • CLEARED:  Ronald Cotton: Convicted of two rapes in 1984. He served10 years.

  • CLEARED:  Stephan Cowans: Convicted in 1998 of armed assault with intent to murder, assault on a police officer and other crimes in the shooting of Boston Police Sgt. Gregory Gallagher, who identified Cowans as the shooter. Released in 2004, after serving 5 1/2 years. He was shot dead in his home in 2007.
  • CLEARED:  Larry Fuller: Convicted of rape in 1981 and sentenced to 50 years in prison in Texas. He served 19 1/2 years.
  • CLEARED:  William Gregory: Convicted of rape and attempted rape in Kentucky in 1993 and sentenced to 70 years in prison. He served seven years.

The Truth is heavy, therefore few care to carry it.
